If you are in the Northern Delaware area, Delcastle driving range in Delaware is a great option. They have 40 synthetic mats to hit off of, and about one-fourth are covered under a roof and the rest are in the open. The covered areas are fairly popular in the summer. I have found they are less busy in the colder months. They also have many targets to practice different distance shots.

One of the unique features of the Delcastle Driving range in Delaware it that they offer a range card. You can purchase the range card at the driving range from the attendant or they can be purchased at the club house. They have several different options, for example the Par Express range card cost $60 dollars but you get $80 dollars worth of range balls. Another is their Eagle Range Express range card which cost $200 dollars but you get $300 dollars in credit to use. These cards also make great gifts for your golfer friends. Check out the cards here.

Other than just the Driving range, they also have a mini golf course too. The mini golf course is a great spot to brush up on your putting skilling. It is also a family friendly course, and they have putters for the kids as well. But there is no theatrics to the course like you would find on the boardwalk of the beach.

Overall, this range is nice to practice at. No strict attire like you would find at a typical golf club range. You won’t have to lug your clubs around either, since the parking is right by the range. I have also never seen it too busy either. I have never had to wait for a spot to open up. This is a fantastic “go to” range. This range is also open all year round and in all weather. I hope you enjoy this place as much as I do!
